Getting started

Introduction

Reigh is a native macOS app for running a team of AI employees. Each one is a Claude Code agent with a role, a manager and its own memory.

Reigh turns Claude Code into a company. You hire agents into roles, arrange them in an org chart, and hand the work to your Chief of Staff. From there the team plans, delegates down the org, writes code in its own git worktrees, reviews each other’s work, and comes to you, the CEO, only when a decision needs a human.

It’s free, open source, and runs entirely on your Mac.

The Floor: everyone on the team, what they’re doing, and what needs you

What you get

  • A real org chart. Managers, direct reports and departments. Managers can delegate only to their own reports, and every handoff carries a written contract.
  • One window for the whole team. The Floor shows who’s working on what, the Board tracks every task, and the Inbox collects everything that needs you.
  • Agents that ship. Each coding task gets its own git worktree and branch. You can review the diff, commit, and open a pull request without leaving the app.
  • Memory that carries over. Personal, project, department and workspace memory, kept in plain Markdown files that you and the agents can both edit.
  • Routines. Standups, weekly retros and check-ins on a schedule, plus follow-ups agents set for themselves.
  • Guardrails. Permission profiles, approvals, message hop limits and deny rules for destructive commands. Work that gets cut off is picked back up; work you stop stays stopped.
  • Your company in your pocket. Reigh Mobile lets you approve, answer and chat from your iPhone.

How it’s different

Most agent tools give you one agent and a chat box. Reigh gives you a structure. Instead of babysitting a single session, you write one brief and the org does the rest: your Chief of Staff turns it into tasks, managers break those down for their reports, and finished work flows back up for review before it reaches you.

Every employee is a real Claude Code session running on your Mac, with Reigh’s office tools added over MCP so they can message each other, delegate, report, remember and ask you for decisions. Nothing is simulated, and you can take the wheel of anyone’s session in a terminal at any time.
