The office

The agent browser

Agents get a real browser for interactive sites. Watch it live from the side panel, and take control when a login is needed.

Every employee can use a real WebKit browser for sites that need clicking and typing: dashboards, forms, docs behind navigation, or checking your own app. For simple reading they use web fetch and search instead.

Watching

The first time someone opens their browser, Reigh shows “Taylor opened a browser — Click to watch it live.” Their header gets a Browser button with a live dot.

The browser panel shows the page exactly as the agent sees it, the address, their last action, and the last thirty steps, such as Opened github.com or Clicked “Sign in”. Each element they touch is briefly outlined so you can follow along.

Taking control

Click Take control to use the page yourself: sign in, get past a captcha, or show them something. While you’re in control, their browser tools wait, and they’re told to do something else for now. Click Hand back when you’re done, or just close the panel.

Cookies and sign-ins persist between sessions, so you only need to log in once.

Rules agents follow

  • Never enter passwords, payment details or personal data unless you asked them to.
  • When a login is needed, sign in with a login from the Vault, or ask you to take control.
  • Prefer fetch and search for simple reading.

You can also watch any agent’s browser live from Reigh Mobile. The phone can watch but not drive.
